Refunds & Returns

Products which have been correctly dispatched and in working order are not refundable after 7 days.

Products correctly dispatched without breaking their seal and/or not used will be subject to 20% less of the cost of sale due to a “restock fee” that is due to the process of re-entering items into inventory before 30 days.

For a defective product, a technical team will inspect the product to attempt a repair or replacement. When the technical team has reviewed the product and it has not been possible to repair for 2 months or obtain a replacement for it, AlphaX LLC will proceed to refund the money paid by the buyer.
