Legal Terms of Remote Tuning Service

By participating in this live remote tuning session, I (the Client) acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Mechanical Integrity: I certify that this vehicle is in sound mechanical condition. I understand that the Tuner is remote and cannot physically inspect the vehicle. I assume all risk for any mechanical failure.
2. Assumption of Risk: Performance tuning pushes engine parameters beyond factory limits. I understand this carries an inherent risk of engine, transmission, and drivetrain damage. I release AlphaX Tuning from all liability.
3. Driving Safety: During "Live Pulls":
   • I will obey all local traffic laws.
   • I will only perform WOT pulls in safe, legal, and controlled environments.
   • I will not operate the laptop or chat while the vehicle is in motion.
4. Remote Access: I grant the Tuner permission to access my computer via RustDesk. I am responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and laptop power.
5. Off-Road Use Only: I acknowledge that this service is intended for off-road/competition use only. Compliance with emissions laws is my responsibility.
6. No Refunds: I am paying for the Tuner’s professional time. Once the session begins, the service fee is non-refundable regardless of the mechanical outcome.

I have read and understood that performance tuning can result in catastrophic engine failure, and I choose to proceed at my own risk.
