AlphaX Terms of Service & Conditions of Use

Mandatory operating conditions, off-road vehicle mandate, liability release, and warranty standards.

1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or operating any AlphaX product, the buyer agrees to all operating conditions, warranty terms, and liability releases outlined in this document. If you do not agree, you must refrain from purchasing or using our products.

🚫 MANDATORY OFF-ROAD & COMPETITION USE NOTICE:
AlphaX products are designed and manufactured exclusively for off-road vehicles, closed-course competition, and sanctioned racing. Use in vehicles that operate on public roads or highways is strictly prohibited and executed entirely at the user's risk.

2.0 Product Status & Liability Release

  • Aftermarket Non-OEM Status: AlphaX components are aftermarket performance parts, not OEM parts. They are not certified or homologated for public road use and may void vehicle manufacturer warranties.
  • Release of Liability: AlphaX assumes no responsibility for damages, mechanical failures, engine breakdown, electrical issues, or safety incidents in vehicles or connected devices. The user assumes all direct and indirect liability.
  • Installation Responsibility: The user is strictly responsible for ensuring that products are installed and wired according to official AlphaX specifications.

3.0 Summary of Warranty & Policies

  • 5-Year ECU Hardware Warranty: Covers manufacturing and assembly defects from purchase date with invoice proof.
  • $75 Diagnostic Fee Protocol: Required prior to ECU evaluation; 100% refunded if failure is a covered factory defect. Retained for labor if caused by user/installation error.
  • 10-Day Diagnosis / 15-Day Repair SLA: Reports delivered within 10 days of arrival. Repaired or replaced within 15 days or 100% money back.
  • Returns (30 Days): 20% restocking fee on unopened/sealed items; 40% restocking fee on opened/uninstalled items. Installed items cannot be returned.

4.0 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America.

Al comprar o utilizar productos AlphaX, el comprador acepta plenamente las condiciones de uso, garantías y descargos de responsabilidad establecidos en este documento.

🚫 MANDATO DE USO EXCLUSIVO FUERA DE CARRETERA:
Los productos AlphaX están diseñados y fabricados exclusivamente para vehículos de competencia todoterreno y pistas cerradas. El uso en calles o carreteras públicas está estrictamente prohibido y se realiza bajo el total riesgo del usuario.

2.0 Estatus Aftermarket y Exención de Responsabilidad

  • Componentes Aftermarket: No son piezas OEM y no están homologadas para tránsito en vías públicas.
  • Exención de Responsabilidad: AlphaX no se hace responsable por daños o averías mecánicas en el motor o vehículo. El usuario asume toda responsabilidad directa o indirecta.
  • Instalación Correcta: Es responsabilidad del usuario realizar la instalación siguiendo los diagramas técnicos de AlphaX.

3.0 Resumen de Garantías y Pólizas

  • Garantía de 5 Años en ECU: Defectos de fábrica cubiertos con recibo de compra.
  • Tarifa Diagnóstica de $75: Reembolsada al 100% en defectos de fábrica; retenida si la falla fue por error de instalación.
  • SLA de 10 Días: Diagnóstico técnico en 10 días; reparación en 15 días o reemplazo/reembolso del 100%.
  • Devoluciones (30 Días): 20% cargo por reabastecimiento en empaque cerrado; 40% en empaque abierto sin instalar.
