Warranty and Returns Policy
This document details the warranty and returns policies of AlphaX LLC, including the requirements, procedures, and scenarios where these policies apply. We recommend users carefully read all the conditions outlined here to ensure a timely and effective process for any warranty or return requests.
For clarity, the customer will be referred to as the "buyer" and the seller as "AlphaX LLC" throughout this document. These policies apply to all purchases made directly with AlphaX LLC or through authorized distributors, under the terms and conditions described herein.
1. Warranty
Warranty policies vary depending on the type of product purchased. For all products, it is mandatory to present the purchase or delivery receipt within the established warranty period. Without a receipt, the warranty cannot be claimed under any circumstances.
To initiate a warranty request, you must use the contact area on the official AlphaX LLC website: www.alphaxpr.com. Once the request is approved, the product must be shipped to the AlphaX LLC repair center in Puerto Rico. Shipping costs to our facilities are not included and must be covered by the buyer. Warranty requests submitted through any other unofficial means will not be accepted.
1.1. AlphaECU Product Warranty
These products come with a 3-year warranty against physical manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects in components or failures resulting from product assembly. It does not cover damage from misuse or incorrect installation.
When a buyer requests a warranty claim, the product must be sent to AlphaX LLC for inspection. The buyer will cover the shipping costs to and from our facilities.
If our technical tests determine that the product failed due to an operational or installation error, the warranty will be automatically voided. The buyer will then be responsible for the costs of repairing or replacing the product.
The product will be thoroughly evaluated on a circuit simulator and a test engine for a minimum of 10 business days. This period could be extended up to 2 months if it is not possible to obtain the necessary components for repair or replacement.
If after 2 months the product cannot be repaired or replaced, AlphaX LLC will issue a refund for the amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
AlphaX LLC is not responsible for additional damages caused by a product's malfunction due to incorrect installation or improper handling by the buyer or a third party.
1.2. Warranty for Unlabeled Products or Products Not Manufactured by AlphaX LLC
The warranty for these products is limited exclusively to the complete and correct delivery of the items. We do not offer a warranty for manufacturing defects or malfunctions once the product has been received by the buyer.
Once the product has been delivered, the buyer is responsible for any damage that occurs, whether from misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling.
AlphaX LLC offers limited technical support for 15 business days after product delivery, exclusively through the contact methods indicated on the purchase receipt. This support is limited to basic guidance on product use and does not cover advanced technical assistance or repairs.
If these products are found to have a factory defect, the buyer must file a claim directly with the corresponding manufacturer. AlphaX LLC will not be involved in this process beyond providing initial guidance.
2. Special Situations
In cases mentioned in section 1.2, where AlphaX LLC is only responsible for the complete and correct delivery of products, it is clarified that if the product is shipped via a freight carrier and is damaged during transit, the responsibility rests entirely with that shipping company.
AlphaX LLC is committed to accurately dispatching the requested products—complete, in perfect condition, and fully functional. However, any damage or loss that occurs during transport must be claimed directly with the courier company used by the buyer.
3. Refunds or Money Back
Refunds will be issued exclusively for products mentioned in section 1.1 and under the specific conditions outlined.
If a product cannot be repaired or replaced within 2 months, AlphaX LLC will issue a refund for the amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Any returned product that has been opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes products that have been opened but not installed, as well as those that show signs of use or handling.
The restocking fee also applies if the buyer changes their mind and wishes to return a correctly dispatched product. This charge is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The 20% restocking fee will always be applied if the product is not in the same condition as when it was delivered (with the packaging sealed, all components organized, and no signs of use).
Correctly dispatched products returned with an unbroken seal will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for any product they wish to return.
AlphaX LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the conditions described here or that show damage caused by the buyer.

AlphaX Product Terms and Conditions of Use
By purchasing and using AlphaX products, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Exclusive Use in Off-Road Vehicles
AlphaX products are designed and manufactured exclusively for use in off-road vehicles and are not intended for use in vehicles that operate on public roads. The user accepts that the use of these products in street vehicles is prohibited and is done at their own risk.
Aftermarket Products
AlphaX products are aftermarket parts, meaning they are not part of the vehicle's original equipment. These products are not homologated or certified for use in vehicles that operate on public roads, and their installation may void any warranty or compliance with local traffic regulations.
Release of Liability
AlphaX is not responsible for damages or failures that may arise in the vehicle or any other device where our products are installed. The user assumes all responsibility for any incident, damage, or harm that occurs as a direct or indirect consequence of using our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the vehicle, other devices or components, or the user's safety.
Correct Installation and Use
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that products are installed correctly and used according to the instructions and specifications provided by AlphaX. Incorrect installation or improper use may cause failures in the products and the vehicle, which will be outside the responsibility of AlphaX.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase, the user acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety. If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they should refrain from using AlphaX products.
