Service Deposit – Warranty & Repairs

A $100 service deposit is required for all products sent to AlphaX Electronics for warranty service or repairs. This deposit applies whether the product is being submitted for a warranty claim or non-warranty service.

  • Warranty service: If the service is covered under warranty, your deposit will be refunded.
  • Non-warranty service or repairs: If the service is not covered under warranty, your deposit is non-refundable.

Shipping for Service & Repairs

  • US customers: A printed return shipping label will be provided to send your product to AlphaX Electronics.
  • International customers: You are responsible for shipping costs in both directions: sending your product to AlphaX Electronics and having it shipped back to you after service or repairs.

This purchase is a service deposit, not a physical product.
