When you book a support block with us, you are accessing firmware-level knowledge that isn't found in a standard manual.

What This Support Covers:

  • General Tuning Consultation: Troubleshooting trigger issues, VVT control, fueling strategies, and cold start refinement.

  • Custom Lua Scripting: Implementation of custom logic, safety strategies, and proprietary I/O functions.

  • CAN-Bus Integration: Mapping third-party hardware or custom dashboards into your ecosystem.

  • Firmware Optimization: Utilizing advanced hooks and features within the RusEFI architecture.

How It Works:

  1. Purchase Your Block: Support is sold in 3-hour increments. This time can be used for live screen-sharing sessions, diagnostic log analysis, or "off-clock" custom coding/development.

  2. Submit Your Project Data: Upon purchase, you will be required to fill out our Technical Intake Form. This ensures we have your .ini files, current tune, and a clear list of objectives before we start the clock.

  3. Execution: We will work through your requirements until the 3-hour block is exhausted. If the scope of your project requires more time, additional 3-hour blocks may be purchased to continue development.

Important Considerations:

  • Labor vs. Outcome: This package covers 3 hours of expert labor. While we strive for immediate resolution, some complex mechanical or electrical issues on the vehicle side may consume time.

  • Lua Development: Please note that custom Lua scripting and firmware-level feature development are often time-intensive. Complex logic may require multiple blocks to fully test and refine.

  • Preparation: To get the most out of your time, please ensure your vehicle is mechanically sound and your data logs are ready for review.
